I've installed 1.3.1 using Installatron in cpanel.  I have updated the plugins.  I have set up the cron job (operating half hourly).  It is generally working.  Just each time I go back to work on it I get the maintenance page.  I can log in appending sign-up/ to the url and go turn off the maintenance page - but its a pain if I'm telling other people to go sign up and they get the maintenance page.

I've just changed the cron job to every 5 minutes to see if it's something with the cron job activating the maintenance page somehow, but 15 minutes since logging out there's no maintenance page yet.

Any ideas?
