What is the easiest way (where can I find the actual how to document) to create an app key and so on for Google and Facebook?

I tried to install the plugin for import contact (from Google and/or Facebook), but the link of the documentation how to create the apps is an old one.

For my website I have already installed the possibility to login with Facebook. Do I have to use the same app to import contacts or do I have to create another app?

Guido, for Facebook Contact Importer plugin you may use the same App as for Facebook Connect plugin. But check whether you have filled in all required fields.
