What can be causing this (see attached image)?

By accessing the same site with different browsers the plugin behavior differently.

I cleared the cache and cookies

Any idea?

Actually, I don't have ideas. Try to access it from another PC using Firefox.

After some tests:

#Linux: Google Chrome (not ok in two different computers), Mozilla Firefox (ok)

#Windows: Google Chrome (ok), Mozilla Firefox (ok), Opera (ok), Safari (ok), Internet Explorer (ok)
