Licence key for themes - how long? | Forum

I purchased a theme last July but when I try to update it keeps telling me the licence key is not valid. I would have thought it would at least be valid for a year but I'm more a Joomla person so perhaps it is different in Oxwall?

just a thought have you changed servers since you bought the theme if you have on this site go to my purchases and find the theme and see if there is a reset ip address button if so click it
