Disable this plugin: ow_plugins/vwvideoconference/

and the notices should go away, contact plugin developer to resolve them.

As to this error: OW Debug - WarningMessage:session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_71bdcdd4bdcd4880206b9f7043b3829e, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13)File:/home/modelsmo/public_html/ow_core/session.phpLine:83

You will need to contact your hosting provider support team, because you can't write in the /tmp folder as you don't have permissions
