after importing data at
personbook.net it went to
maintance mode and it does
except the my user id and
pass. Plz remove it from this
mode from your site

Try looking in the database for the ow_base_config table and set maint mode from 1 to 0.
It is most likely a plugin or operation failing as updates and imports will lock the site briefly but in error may not return to normal.
Consider turning on dev/debug mode and check for errors.
