Mohammed,  if I understand you correctly, for your purposes you may use not the multiple answer type but the Extended text one. In this case the person may add all information about his education.

What we are looking for is that person can add multiple entries for example

University Education -- XYZ institution-n from 2010-2013 Studied - Media

College --- ABC institution from From 2008-2010 Studies...Maths, Physics, And Biology

In terms of work Experience

ABC organisation from -to , Job title... Roles And responsibilities etc

Although it can be done in free text i believe it would be better if it was in the form of multiple answers to single question.

Mohammed, default software does not have such functionality, this is considered as a custom code modification. 

You will need to do that on your own or hire a programmer to do that for you. You can find a programmer here: http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists

Also you can make a post in the custom code modification section, probably some community member will assist you there. 

Otherwise, you need to use text or extended text answer type for users to include all necessary information.
