HELP! My site is down!

I tried to update from admin panel and I got this error:

I have a Back up but I suposed the site was goning to update without issues, my backup is a litle old. Why an update has this problem????? It shouldn't do it.

Seems like an SQL Problem. Check your error logs. The database may have gone nuts.

I have the same issue posted in another forum. (the 500 error sticky one)

Best to keep the correspondance all there.
FYI (I know this may be too late) get into the habit of backing up daily even if you think there is no need to!

Thanks to everybody, my hosting enterprise did a great job, they do a backup weekly, my site is running again.
