I understand your point. But different people want different kind of fields. So its better to add those data in the comments section of the item. It makes it easy.

Thanks you're right but I think comment section wouldn't cut it as much as tags section would. The only difference between tags is that user (seller) would not be able to enter but just select the location from a list already pre-entered by admin.

Please see the attached registration screen :) When user registers, they select their location which is a good thing. I love just this one extra field in classifieds to pull that record in when user (seller) adds item. and of course when intending buyer searches or sorts items they can select 'within their location' same way they click on tags. The lack of considering simple "location" in oxwall logic is the same reason why many people complained about other plugins / features like "events", "groups", "user reg / search", etc.. and it's the only reason why I'm still enjoying my dolphin :)

btw, NO NEED for geotagging and / or maps. Just the simple "locations" initially entered by admin (e.g: states within a country OR cities within a state OR university campuses within a region) and selected when user registers / adds item.

If this and the notifications, and the sub categories can be fixed then we're truly talking about "ultimate pro" :) of which I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for ;) oops, I've written quite a lot. Anyway, I hope you catch my drift here I'm sure other users / customers would NOT mind an extra non-mandatory field for location (which functions as "tags" for sorting) thanks a lot

I agree with you. But I wil keep on getting such requests from different users and finally the plugin will end having many fields. So such fields will not be added in the general plugin in store.
