I have Spanish and English language that were modified by me! How to avoid loosing or getting my languages modified on the update?

Are you positive case the plugin pack does contain language zip?

Very sure, I did update, couple weeks to 1.7.5 I have 4 languages and what I can see nothing changed and also not the last 3 or 4 updates I remember so I think you are ok. But anyway you should to be safe download your language files to be sure, could be other issues in future and good to have secured. If you not done before its easy, bottom of language pages is a button say export.

The update process does not affect the existing language keys or values. It simply adds new or/and non-existent keys/values. But, to be sure that your translation is kept safe, you can simply export it every time before performing the update via Admin Area > Settings > Languages >> Available Languages tab.

OK thanks very much guys. I am doing manual update is it still the safe? I mean won't effect language :)

Marcus, for language system it doesn't  matter manual or auto update you are using. The update conditions will be the same.
