Creating multiple Groups with script | Forum

I wonder is it possible to create a process that read from external database table and creates a groups from a table rows, for example:

The first cell in row will be the group name and the second cell will be the group description.

Is it possible to create a group by code or command? please help!!!

My second question is whether there is a limit to the amount of groups can be created?

Shay, first of all please remember one request per one topic.
Concerning your first question this is considered as a custom code modification and it would be better to use the proper forum section to post it.

What about the second question there is no limits for created groups. You may create as many groups as you need.

Actually I created the groups in MySQL Groups_group table
