I have quite a few profiles that don't have all required fields filled in. Those are profiles that were transferred from my old site (different software), with 1-2 fields missing. Obviously, now on Oxwall they don't show up in search results. Is there any way to make them show?

Marisa, Oxwall has a certain amount of the default required fields. Here they are:
- Account type
- Password
- Email
- Join Date
If the transferred profiles missed these fields we could only suggest filling them by your own via DataBase in ow_base_user table.
