Dear M,
According to your terms of use or requirements, this theme acquired for a new website of us. The basic is Oxwall (version 1.7.5), a new installation with the basic plugins. The other theme which also is our newly purchased works fine, but we just don't like the layout, hence the purchase facebook Go Dark.

Only this gives the problems shown in the image attachment.

Please some help from your side.
