"Guest can view site" isn't working | Forum

I have my settings so guest can view the site but yet when I sign out I can't see past the "Join/login" page. what's up with this?

Melissa, if http://flab2fitpals.ratedm.me/ is your website, I don't have any problems with accessing it as guest. Do you still have any issues?
