Dear Brandon,

If you, for example, want to grant credits for the photo upload, you need to perform following settings:

- Go to Admin Area > Users > User Roles and uncheck the 'Upload photo' action for all roles.

- Go to Admin Area > Plugins > User Credits >> Settings and set positive value for the 'Add Photo' action.

Then upload a photo and check if your balance is topped up.

If this does not help you, please PM your site admin access details and we will check into this issue for you.

Brandon, seems you confuse two different features User Roles and Account types. The field on the screen is the Account Type feature which works with the profile questions. You can create a new account type via Admin Area > Users > Profile Questions.
