Omer, first of all make sure you fill the FTP attributes correctly. Look at this instruction https://docs.oxwall.org/install:plugin. Also make sure that the ow_plugins folder has 755 permissions and the details you use for the FTP user are the same details of the user who is the owner of the ow_plugins folder.
