You need to develop your own mobile application for Android/iOS or any specific phone operating-system you desire to do so. There is a solution in the Oxwall store, but it is somewhat expensive. If you do not know how to develop in Java for Android and/or C# for iOS/Windows, I recommend going to freelancer websites and making posts to hire a mobile app programmer.
