When new members have verified the link in their email, they receive once they've clicked it, another email with a strange tekst: base+welcome_letter_template_html

I've read in another topic that you have to check whether the following tekst is there: {base+welcome_letter_template_html}, {base+welcome_letter_template_tekst}. So far so good I thought.

But there's a problem: I can't seem to find the tekst to change that. I've searched on english term "welcome" and then translated it to dutch and save the page. Now I can't find it anywhere. I've tried to search in both english and dutch, both the words welkom and welcome. How can I find them back?
