Andre, if I understand you correctly, you would like to be able to charge certain members of using chat. In this case I suggest you to use User Credits plugin: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/53. It will allow site admin to set up credits for different site actions for each account type separately. This means you can charge users with certain account types.
