Is there a FULL block member plugin, I want members to be able to completely block another member from seeing their profile, photos, etc.

Cocobey, as far as I understand you, for this goals you may use Friends and Privacy plugins. The Privacy plugin settings allow users to manage privacy using three options:
- Everybody,
- My friends,
- Only me.
So if user apply setting "My friends", only friends will see this user's profile.

I don't think this is what Cocobey is talking about.

The current 'block' as coded only prevents users from interacting. This doesn't really cut it when building a community site and can lead to actually more harassment from users.

I think the common set of expectations from a user is that if they use the block function on another user:
1. That user can no longer message them. (Yay. You have that implimented.)
2. That user can no longer see posts/content of the blocked user. (NOT IMPLIMENTED)

3. The blocked user can longer see posts/content of the user. (NOT IMPLIMENTED)

The block functionality, as implemented, now points out to the blocked user that they've actually been blocked. Both sides can still see each other, and so passive-aggressive and even leading to more aggressive actions from either party.

It'd be great if I could just throw an extra 50 their way and get some sort of feedback that they're actually improving it come next version.

There. For whatever it's worth.

Voted.

I agree that better blocking is really integral to a community site.  Members expect that when they block someone, that user should essentially become invisible to them.  It's not very desirable that a blocked user can still see the content of the user that has blocked them, that the user should still be able to the content of someone they have blocked, and that the blocked user is made aware they've been blocked if they attempt to interact.
