Did you update your plugins first and not platform? 
If so you need to deactivate the photo plugin in the database in ow_base_plugin table, find photo plugin and put 0 in the column isActive, then do the platform update. 

If you did the platform update, please go here: ow_updates/classes/updater.php and tell me what you have on line 61.

Yes- it was my mistake to update plugins first. I found this thread http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/15535

then opened my database 

Found ow_base_plugin table. 
Found "Photos" row within this table.
Within the Phots row found "isActive" column set to "1". Change this to "0". 

When I did this the entire site is disabled, I'd get redirected to

http://www.elanmodel.com/e500.php

The page you are looking for cannot be found.

Enable debug mode and provide the actual error you'll see on your website.

try a manual install of the photo plugin it might fix this error

means you need to change ow_logs folder name to ow_logs and set it's permissions to 777

Please clear your browser cache as I don't see the errors from second screenshot, I see maintenance mode right now.

I did. Downloaded the full package and uploaded the Photo contents into the photo folder. Same dice :(

I keep clicking the Platform Update, but it won't because oxwall wants the Photo DB updated- which doesn't happened
