I see the page tabs in the page settings management area, but there is only options to show visibility only to guest or registered members. Is there a way to also have a box show for VIP paid members only?

possible by custom code modification. I mean that there is no any
setting, for example in admin panel, that you can change to achieve
needed results. You need to edit php files.
