Yes
2.can chats be put onto groups pages?
Yes, every group has it's own shoutbox widget and can be customized
3.what can be configured in the admin panel?
In the admin panel you can add badwords, all other configurations can be made in the widget settings
4.can user names be shown?
No, there are only avatars, but if you click on it you will be redirected on member's page and when you mouse over avatar you can see his name.
Also, I'm planning to add an option to the widget settings as "show avatars with usernames"

when will the usernames option be added I am trying to remove avatars and just keep usernames lol be awesome I am working on a friends shoutbox now and once this feature is released I will be interested in purchasing

I have updated my website to the latest version of Oxwall 1.4 but my shout box is not showing up on my website, is there a reason for this?

how can I get real time messaging in the chat do i need some sort of server setup to push messages?
