Can you please provide screenshot of the whole page for the wall widget? So we could see every comment the page has for that user.

Please make sure you have 777 permissions set to ow_smarty/template_c folder and it should be recursively, IMPORTANT -RECURSIVELY.
Besides these are just notices, you can ignore them by deactivating debug mode.
