users stay online while cronjob is true set.PLZ HELP ME | Forum

hi

i am iranian & admin of oxwall site by 2000 users.

Recently users when exit , stay Online . my site has 14 Page online now ! no Real online ! my Cron job is True & before to act correctly but recently ...

my BW host have High consumption ... monthly 30GB !!! why !? It's normal ?!

I cant Update my OW to 1.3.2...

Plz help me

Typically, this mean your cron wasn't setup correctly. Follow this mnual to setup it right.

My OW Version is 1.3.1 ! I cant Update My Oxwall ... I contact with My hosting Server & talk with they but they said to me "your Cronjob is Correctly & your problem Are related to your Software(OW) " Plz Help me ... my users Were protesting in recently days ... my Site credits has dropped...

you can also do a manula update to 1.3.2

You have 2000 users,  Depending on what they use the site for it could possibly rise up to 30g.

What plugins do you have running?  Are the users attaching large files to PMs between each other?

Do you have any other services on your host?

 

with reference to your cron job.  it is possible even though your host says it is set up correctly it may not be.   Host support can be wrong.

I cant manually update because my languice in Persian(Farsi) and if I update manually havent correctly lang pack and align right plugins !


My Hosting support 1hrs ago answer to me that my host have malware Virus ! that throgh by FTP manager software come to my host ! this is can possible cause the cronjobs dont work correctly ??

also my run.php address Redirected is to other address as google.com or http://control-check.ru/flayer?12  !!!

Your links are pointing to a russian website. Most probably your website was hacked indeed.

Not hacked... my host has malware virus that I can't clean it... plz help me ...

Saeed, I believe you should contact your hosting company then. We cannot help you with cleaning viruses from your server.
