my qustion is:
is it possible use images in their original format?
I noticed that all uploaded pictures are stored as jpg, even if the orig. image is an gif.
This way transpareny or gif-animation get lost...
Is it possible to change settings so more formats can be uploadet?

Hello!
Sorry, but this is impossible cos script can resize images only with JPEG format, so it converts all uploaded images to JPEG. After that, resized images are used for photo preview, thumbs and etc.
