Don't know how much to explain this other than recommending testing by the dev team. E.g if i reply to a message on my desktop when i log into my mobile to check the conversation as the original sender its not synced and its blank. So the new sender may see the conversation but the original sender does not.
It is as if there is an issue with conversation view on mobile
On desktop everything is fine.

What software version do you have?
What is your mailbox plugin version?
What conversation are you referring to? mailbox or chat?
