It is a theme with no sidebar, why don't you add it the page settings in the custom code as obviously you don't have to display anyting in that sidebar?

In general this is possible to do but this will require adding this sidebar component and do a lot of customizations in css in order to not break the layout of index page and customize index page and all other pages, which can't be done or provided for free.
