Paul, quickly check in My Purchases: Is Sort by: Themes selected? There are two tabs in the purchases section, one for plugins and the other for themes. All theme purchases will be sorted there.
If it's not there yet, some developers set it up so they need to approve purchases first, so follow up with the developer individually and let them know.
