Because of the bad db calls and shear amount of db calls you need a dam good sever to run oxwall with not many users
Hmmm oxwall has no seo and is so slow its almost inposable to get a oxwall powered site to rank 4 anythingIs that still true for the latest version of Oxwall? It seems like a lot of changed since I used the old version. The new version is much cleaner & faster.Because of the bad db calls and shear amount of db calls you need a dam good sever to run oxwall with not many users
We cant even get a simple thing like photo description set to required so images have alt tages
Best decision I made with Oxwall is finding a php/javascript dev on freelancer . com to work on hourly basis and give them things to fix/add each week. Oxwall is a bit buggy and the plug ins quality is lacking, but with your own knowledge or paying someone else to fix it is an easy and MUCH cheaper way than building something similar from scratch or using dolphin and paying shit-tonnes more to get it to look as good.
My site (1.8) seems to be running quite well. I've tested it with influx's of traffic to make sure things don't crash like discussed, and alas it worked out fine.thats where oxwall is set up all wrong if oxwall was set up with more transparency

many would be posting there fixes here that could be added to the core and make oxwall grow into the awesome script that it can be
how many have payed 3rd partys to fix the same problem with oxwall oxwall
i haved hired few to do things that are now useless as updated core has stuffed them and they dont work
and when you find a dev to do something it takes them weeks just to work out how oxwall works do to there being almost no docs on anything
oxwall has a donate to development
but you dont know what you are paying for
would be so easy for them to add buttons like
fix alt tags 1 hr deveopment
fix social share 1 hr deveopment
fix seo problems 1 hr deveopment
optimise db add mongo db and hook to memcached 4 hr deveopment
so ppl can pay and know what there money is going to

They are very rare outcomes.
somoscd.es has 5000 members and very active. It has installed many plugins.
somosliberales.es has 2000 members that do not connect. It has installed less plugins.
The two are on the same dedicated server.
Every time I try to http://tools.pingdom.com/ results change, but are very similar
