Hello

can anybody tell me how to find how a Hash is generated for avatar image. 

i want to bulk upload avatars for the dummy user ids i add via SQL commands.

but with the avatar id , user id i am not able to get the avatars displayed with some hash also given via SQL commands added directly in the database. 

Please help
