when i tag a user in a photo they do not get a notification for some reason. I tried clicking the suggest tag and it said tag not found also.

Hello,
I tested the issue on my demo site ( demo.oxpro.org ) and everything works ok. So the problem seems to be on your site only. Could you PM me your site url and test user details. I will test the issue on your site.
