When the plugin is tested, it is tested with the default plugins enabled. But after the plugin approved, we do not keep track of the plugin. I mean we do not test the plugins from time to time, after they approved. So, basically the developers are free to change the plugin functionality or have some flaws or errors in the code and Oxwall team would not know about that.

Let me remind you that Oxwall is a small team after all.

The 3rd party devs have to make plugin compatible with the default plugins, however it is not possible to check all kind of situations when a plugin can cause some error on the website. Which is why you're free to contact that dev and request to fix the issue, as we do not provide assistance with 3rd party plugins or themes issues.
