Can you please share your URL? Make sure the website is open for registration. 

Herve, there's something wrong on your server side. While registering I tried to upload avatar and I got 500 internal server error in the console. See screenshot.  I think it is related to the photo issue as well. 

Please contact your hosting provider and request to fix the issue.

there's definitely issue on the server side, seems like it doesn't meet our requirements, because it asks to delete default .htaccess file, which means that mod_rewrite is not properly configured or not installed/enabled at all. 

Contact your hosting provider to check that, as you can see there's internal server error and this is not a software error. 

i to am having a issue with the photo's plugin and i have my htaccess working correctly..... anyone find a solution to this? all my folders are set to 777 recursively  so i know its not a permissions issue im also going to be overlooking the source here in a bit to try and find a solution there. but if anyone has any info let me know thanks

It could be on, but seems like it does not properly configured, It is just a suggestion. The issue on the server side, the error says it. Internal server error. Hosting provider should fix it. 

I'll change hosting provider, I'll take a VPS. It's more easy. Thank's for all and happy new year.
