I have been trying to fix my cron with bluehost and have been having some trouble trying to fix it.

I am getting the error: Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_INIT_COMMAND' in /home2/website/public_html/ow_core/database.php on line 195

thanks again Ross, I enabled this to try and fix it and I then got an error it didn't exist so I went to my cPanels PHP settings and noticed once again BlueHost changed my settings on me without clearing it with me and had me on PHP 5.6 (beta) so I went back and all is well.
