Users post some comments/images in the group. But such activities are not currently shown in the members wall or in dashboard. Currently its more of a closed group.

Yes. Its for open groups. Even the members of the group are not able to see the group activities sin their own wall or dashboard.

Weird. Find a screenshot attached - all activities are displayed in my Newsfeed.
