I'm guessing you already have the latest "Forum" plugin version. I would also try uninstalling the forum plugin then reinstall it. Not just deactivate. If that doesn't work. I would download the plugin again from the store to make sure it wasn't is file corruption during the first download. Delete the current plugin, and upload the new one.

are you coming to e500?

If you use Forum Signature plug in, that's the problem. It will get an update soon, or you can get it fixed yourself.

I am not coming to e500 nor am I using the form signature plugin. I tried reinstalling the plugin with the version found in the store and still have the same issue. This screenshot shows you what I get when I try to edit the forums as described earlier.

You can try deactivating any third party plug ins and activate 1 plug in at a time and test it.

Does it work when you uninstall all third party plug ins?

I uninstalled all 3rd party software and come up with the same results. I did notice that in the bottom left hand corner, when I hover over the link it shows the following link

javascript://

could it be that when I enabled HTTPS it broke my link?

I have already checked for javascript errors using Firebug but I will check again.

I have checked elsewhere on the site for similar issues and the same issue happens for avatar uploads as well.

Maybe there is a global setting somewhere that I need to change to allow javascript to work with HTTPS?

ow_static

I checked all of those folders and they all have 777 permissions. I'll try to CHMOD them again. there may be some sub folders that don't have the proper permissions.
