I have searched here and on the store, but can't find it, so I thought I would try here. Is there a plugin that would allow the Admin to mass change users to a different role. For example, if I wanted to change all Free users to Bronze.

i dont know if this would work you would need to make a test site and try it
remove the free roll may make every one bronze roll
if that does not work you can do it in db
remove the free roll may make every one bronze roll
if that does not work you can do it in db

There aren't any plugins with that capability. You can probably try contacting a dev to discuss a custom plugin. If you are using paid membership. It would also need to be compatible with that as well since the different levels would typically involve some level of payment. I could see the benefit in being able to offer a trial period of certain membership levels. Maybe one of the devs that has a plugin dealing with membership levels will see this, and get some inspiration.
