Since there is no easy way to add it I need a way to add a short HTML Blurb into the right column of the Links directory so that members know the stipulations for posting into the directory and no another page will not be satisfactory because regardless I need to be able to link to it from the directory page.
Any and all help would be awesome.
As well it would be pretty cool if I could learn how to add an image upload for the links and perhaps Genre those aren't necessary but if you know how I'd appreciate it.

not used the links plugin but it should have some files located in the following folder
/ow_plugins/links/views (replace links with the folder name of the links plugin)
try editing them files, remember to backup first and for any changes to take effect you must enable DEV mode in config

no worries, also you should keep a change-log as any updates of the links plugin is likely to overwrite the changes that you have made
