If a payment was successfully completed, the information about this payment will appear in the Admin Area > Finance section.
Also, the whole information about the received payment can be found in your Stripe account.

Thank you for the explanation, the fact is that it has nothing to do with the Stripe or Paid Membership plugins. It's all about the core User Roles functionality.
Unfortunately, we do not provide the instructions on how to modify this or that function. All we can say is that if you want to hide menu buttons for the specific role, you need to change the core functionality.
