time-outs are caused either by a poor performing server or one that is not properly configured.

you could try higher-ing the time-out setting in the httpd.conf file (search google)

bad requests, error 500, time out & all sorts every day some times my site wont work for a bit then works fine :/ can you help me please

this is a web host issue, 504 timeout means that your server is not responding quick enough, or something is taking too long to complete
