Hello

I take care of two sites, so I have to buy multiple licenses.

Do I have to do it from my account or should I open one per site?

You can do that from your account, no need to open second account to buy another license.

What do you mean licenses for new plugin do not work? Do you get some error or what?

not at all I bought 3 new licenses for another site.

but every day the site says, it is not valid, then it works very well with the installation.

The three licenses in question

ip site is good

by against the purchase date is the date of my first purchase in 2014

these licenses to work very well in the installation of plugins, but after 24 hours, I have a message on the website that tells me to enter a valid license

I have two sites and bought 3 new licenses for the second, last week after updating when I realized it needed a license per site

everything else works well

I asked at the beginning of this post to whether to account for site-license purchases to another site, you answered me not.

I have therefore bought with the same account

if you have access to shopping, you'll see it's three licenses are purchased 2 times, they are not identical

at the first site everything works

but not on the second

you should know that at the first site I had to redo everything because I was full of 500 error

  and that at the second site updating worked

try to reset IP for these 3 plugins you bought.

I have already done, I even reset the ip before downloading the plugins, and then uninstall the plugin in place before installing it

Kathy, send me in private message your admin access details and Cpanel access detail and your Oxwall access details so I could use the licenses you have for plugin, we'll check the issue.

Please check the licenses have been added, as I said you need to restore your IP address before adding the license
