How can I check how it looks like on Simplicity theme?

It works properly with Simplicity theme, if there is any issue, we will fix it.

Do You know, can i transfer all the DB with links and rates from old links to Your one?

I'm sys. admin. I will do it myself. I mean do You use standart structre of DB similar to original Links plugin?

Yes, use the same, just add more image, categoryId fields into Links table.
