Please make sure you have set 777 permissions recursively to the following folders

ow_userfiles

ow_pluginfiles

ow_smarty/template_c

ow_static

IMPORTANT the permissions have to be set RECURSIVELY

also please hit ctrl +u to see the source code of the page

you'll see some links to your base.css file, click on this link, do you see the styles after clicking the link or do you see some error?

Thanks,Buddy. The css link shows "http://192.168.213.128/index.php/ow_static/plugins/base/css/ow.css?56ad9400cccbc",it don't work cuz there's '/index.php' in the link, and  I removed it from OW_URL_HOME in  config.php, then the index page looks like something  but all the links on the page don't work now,it's really disturbing.

I have a fully functional social network with 1.81.

I created a subdirectory http://misite.com/testsite, I created a new BD and have installed new 1.81. There has been no error in the installation.

The theme is not shown, but it works in text mode.

I have checked the permissions 777 and Ctrl + U all I see right links.

That may be the problem? Any ideas?

Try set dev true and refresh a site page to clear site cash

And use firebug to see if theres any errors

It is a new and clean installation.

Putting true in OW_DEV_MODE and OW_DEBUG_MODE no error or warning.

With the console, 3 errors:

ReferenceError: $ is not defined  testsite:463:2ReferenceError: OW is not defined  testsite:489:14ReferenceError: $ is not defined  testsite:496:1

corresponding to these three images

Patricia, go to the your server and check whether you have this folder: ow_static/themes

if you don't ,create it, set it permissions to 777, then enable dev mode and refresh the site

Verified ow_static/themes, Ross has to be something else. Any ideas?

Patricia, the issue was because you indicated index.php in the HOME URI in your config.php file

I have removed it now it is ok, please check

It works perfectly.

Now I can see that plugins are incompatible with each other without disturbing users.

Thank you very much, Ross, without you this community would not be the same.
