I use SMTP.  so there's no support to this?

Purusothaman Ramanujam
It does not have any issues with SMTP. It uses oxwall email features.

Not liking the lack of support for something that is not working.

No one has an issue with this?

Can you please share your site details with admin login and cpanel details via PM or to purushoth.r at gmail dot com?

Sorry for the delay. We still have internet outage for 3 weeks due to the recent cyclone in Chennai.

It began working today, does it have to register with your site before it works?

I have had this experience before, and when the developers site went down, so did everyone connected with it.

PS it should contain the IP address.
Purusothaman Ramanujam
There are no such requirements. It has no relation with developers site.

Over night I had about 17 join, and only had 2 notifications.. does that mean they deleted their account?  I do get notices when people delete, and none received.

I also want to add, that your projects are the most needed projects and they should be included with the packages. they are the must haves.

Thanks

Are you sure that cron jobs run without any exception in the middle of the run?

Thanks for your kind words.

Do you get emails correctly when required?

Best Purusothaman,

On one of our websites, we no longer get the message of a new member.

We have changed the procedure for new members.

Now it is true that from now on, the new members should be checked by the team before being approved.

The cron job settings to this website are the same as our other websites.:

/ Usr / local / bin / php -q /home/daydream/domains/clubbenatural.nl/public_html/ow_cron/run.php> / dev / null 2> & 1

Is this setting correct.?

With best regards,

Cron is correct. Let me check on this given use case of manual approval.

We have tryed this procedure also on another website of us, and here comes the messages no more.

So the problem must be the setting.: "Mandatory user Approve", we think.?

I am not sure. I will have a look on the hooks and let you know if it needs a fix.

No problem Purusothaman, we continue testing.

Perhaps we find the answer.

Best Purusothaman,

We have done a number of tests, and then it's so .:

- Whether it comes right after the registration of the new member

- Whether it is a few days later.

Is that perhaps the Cronjob.?

Real constant is it not, we can not really on it.

A couple of days is too late, of course.

Best regards,

I never saw instructions that we needed to install a cron for this?

Where is that?
