site activity should be sent from activaty@sitename.com
admin invites and contact importer should be sent from invite@sitename.com
this it to prevent the main site email activaty@sitename.com
from being marked as spam sender
all it takes is one nut to put in heaps of bad email addys in the contact imported and bam your main email is in every block list
or when you send bulk mail from admin ups your spam score on your main site email and then gets all mail sent to span folders
