Theme keeps changing to default | Forum

Why does my theme change every night?????? I have spent a lot of money and can't figure out why it's changing

Do you use this theme on one domain only?

Have you tried to restore your IP for that theme item in the "My purchases" section and enter your license key again?

Yes I have entered the license  key. And I think this is the only site

Go to "My purchases" section, choose "Theme" tab


under the theme you bought, you'll see "Reset" button, click on it and then enter the license key for the theme again

How do I re enter the new license  key. I have already entered the old one.

After resetting your IP, choose another theme, then try to activate yours, I believe you'll be prompted to enter your valid license key

I removed the Facebook module. 


Sorry Ross. It is still doing it. Changing to default  theme. Only did this after the oxwall update.

I uninstall  the theme. Then reinstall.  Still does not work, and yes I reset the ip

we are having the same issue we reset the license key as stated in another forum and are still having the same issue, we were told to message oxwall we did and its been almost 2 weeks and have no reply its a license key error that needs to be fixed by oxwall , and yes we only have one website

you need to use the theme on one domain, otherwise you need to obtain another copy. 

try to go to "my purchases" section and reset your IP


This is what I did for Joe and the problem was resolved.
