Hello team,

Our website has been having an issue with email verifications for some time now, whenever a member joins or changes their email absolutely no emails are coming through to their email addresses. They check their spam and wait many days but nothing comes through at all. Was wondering if anyone could help us, thanks.

Make sure your cron is running. You can download a cron test plug in from the store to check it

Nevermind I installed the plug in and ran the cron test...two crons came up but still having trouble.

Email verifications mail is sent directly to your mail server, something is wrong on the side of the mail server, contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue

A mail server (also known as a mail transfer agent or MTA, a mail transport agent, a mail router or an Internet mailer) is an application that receives incoming e-mail from local users (people within the same domain) and remote senders and forwards outgoing e-mail for delivery.

Please contact your hosting provider to check it's mail server
