Unflag feature is available for admin user only here: www.yoursite.com/moderation/flags
You'll see the "unflag" button next to the flageed item

After submitting the flag you get green notice "Flag accepted.
What confirm step are you referring to?

the confirm step is for cancel at last. just like "are you sure to flag this post?"

Unfortunately default software does not have such functionality. In the meantime this is considered as a custom code modification You can do that on your own, if you have programming skills or a hire a programmer. You can do that here: http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists
