Sorry I have one question how can i fix this,I can not find solutions...thanks for your help

go to admin languages and click save the in your browser clear cache

I believe this is some 3rd party plugin and you have Skadate software not Oxwall.

Contact plugin developer to resolve your issue or Skadate support team

Download the plugin and extract it then admin add language select the langs zip folder and upload it

Oxwall has problem sometimes i dont pick the langs up i had do manual 6 or 8 times now on different plugins
